LIGHT TEST

The De.La.Ro Lab is also a strength because it allows the target shooter and the Team to create an interpersonal relationship that then develops over time. Relying on the De.La.Ro team means being able to count on daily, concrete and competent assistance.

There are three main steps that lead to the creation of "custom" shooting glasses:

VISUAL CHECK UP

The first step is to ascertain the "visual health" of the eye, making use of state-of-the-art equipment, at De.La.Ro Lab, a comprehensive optical examination is conducted to measure visual acuity.

CENTERING TEST

The second step is to ensure the perfect centering of the lenses for optimal skeet focus during training or competition in all weather conditions. At the De.La.Ro Lab, the target shooter, placed in front of a virtual shooting range, harnesses a rifle on whose rib is attached a FULL HD micro-camera.
The software, specially designed by the De.La.Ro team, processes with pinpoint accuracy every movement made by the shooter, intent on hitting the virtual skeet. The data processed by the software allow information to be obtained about the posture held by the shooter on the platform but, more importantly, allow the ideal focal centering with respect to the pupils to be found.

LIGHT TEST

The third step is to investigate the shooter's visual performance and in particular his or her color perception. It happens in training or competition that the sudden coming out of the sun on a gray day or the shadow of the cloud suddenly covering the sun are sources of discomfort for the shooter. At the De.La.Ro Lab, a meticulous study is conducted to figure out which type of lens is able to maintain the shooter's visual performance at its best.
The use of an exclusive lighting system is able to faithfully reproduce any type of natural light, allows the De.La.Ro team to precisely determine the type of lens that can maintain the perfect visual contrast and the best perception of the skeet in any weather condition and on any shooting range.
