DeLaRo hereby informs its valued customers, retailers and clay shooting enthusiasts that it has recently become aware of commercial practices and sales methods within the territory of Portugal that do not comply with its standards of certification, quality and corporate values.

In particular, the commercialization of DE.LA.RO products by a retail outlet that is not authorized and does not hold an official contract with the company has been identified, without providing the necessary guarantees required for official DE.LA.RO products.

In order to protect the brand, its customers and the high level of quality that has always distinguished DeLaRo, effective from February 10th, 2026, all sales originating from and destined to Portugal have been cancelled and temporarily suspended.

This is an extraordinary measure, never before adopted in DeLaRo’s history, deemed necessary to safeguard the integrity of the brand and its products. We are aware that this situation may have caused reputational impact and possible inconvenience.

We sincerely apologize to all DeLaRo customers currently in Portugal, clarifying that the situation occurred without the company’s will or direct control.

DeLaRo will continue to operate with the utmost transparency and rigor, placing at the center quality, product certification and full compliance with its international standards.
